Meat Only diet normalized Blood Pressure 'without medication'

The following are personal experiences of few people on Facebook group 'Principa Carnivora'

1. Many people report that their Blood Pressure has normalized 'without medication'.

2. They only made changes to their diet - they started eating only meat.

3. Mostly fatty meat and other fats.

4. No carbohydrates.

Last year my blood pressure peaked at 175/105.
Today my blood pressure is 117/73 without medication.

Jim Eastwood My highest reading with medication was 260/160. Made me distrust doctor's advise. When I got my blood sugar in complete control it has dropped to the 125/80 range. No real way to know what is safe as blood pressure normal or safe range has been lowered from 180/100, five or more hours a day, to 120/60 as new medicines have come on the market.

Esmée La Fleur Tell me again what you are eating please?
Susan Henderson Just beef and water.

Esmée La Fleur But how much beef total?
Esmée La Fleur Have you tested your blood pressure more than once, or was that higher read from just one check?

Susan Henderson Just one check at my yearly check up and blood work.

Jason Ard Buy a monitor, check it at the same time every day for a week or two and use the average number as your blood pressure.

It's possible that your blood pressure could go up during the Dr visit due to stress or worry that your blood pressure had gone up due to the woe.

Susan Henderson Jason Ard Okay that's a good idea. I am naturally stressed when I have to go to the doctors office. Thanks for the suggestion.

Paulie Manieri That is awesome man, take it slow as u transition. Don't beat urself up if u slip. Lastly, enjoy the benefits. Your body loves you for this. Between stress and mental focus ..these things become and feel easier.
