Meat and cancer - experience of eating for 50 years

This is 2 year old news BS spin.
Many countless millions of humans have lived long healthy lives for countless generations consuming mainly grass fed ruminant red meats and milk fats.    Apart from the science being suspect and debunked by Chris Kresser et al two years ago, simple reasoning and logic can prove it wrong. Anecdotal I know, but in my 75th healthy year I have eaten beef, and butter every day of my life once weened off mothers milk in 1942. I can certainly remember eating red meat daily, mainly grass based for over 70 years. Probably over a lb per day average and apart from getting older, never been healthier. This I firmly believe is due red meat consumption and cutting out cigarettes and carbs after 5 decades of use that were beginning to affect my health. I actually suspect that the red meat consumption protected me from the negatives of carbs and tobacco smoke.

Argentina colon cancer rates are half that of US, though Argentinians eat twice the amount of red meat as Americans

1. Some vegans and vegetarians believe that eating red meat causes cancer, including colon cancer as colon cancer rates are high in the US.

2. The fact is, colon cancer rates in Argentina are half what they are in the US, despite the fact that Argentinians eat TWICE the red meat eaten in the US.

3. The main difference? All of the meat in Argentina is grass fed whereas the meat in the US is grain fed (primarily corn and soy).
