Honey

hello! bee pollen is high in histamine? I read can cure allergies
Comments
  • Valeria Phoenix I took it before I knew and it flared me a treat.. local honey for allergies but I've not tried it
  • Patty Wright It's a dangerous myth. Just like local honey. People aren't generally allergic to the flowers bees collect pollen from (seasonal allergies are trees and grasses) and, even if they were, there's miniscual amounts of pollen in honey. Because it's unfiltered, there's also bee parts in it, so raw honey can be deadly to anyone allergic to bees. Even the fluffy WebMD has an article on it
  • Ginger Mahoney I think that people who have eaten local honey over period of time "might" benefit from the acclimation to it. But like Patty stated this can be a dangerous myth to just suddenly start eating it to try to gain this acclimation if the person already has a high sensitivity to any of the components in the unfiltered honey. I'd use much caution and I can't say that I've heard it can cure allergies. Maybe it can, I just have not read that during my internet travels.
    • Yann Benj Chetrit Ginger Mahoney US Army uses this practice on troops before sending them overseas
    • Ginger Mahoney Yeah, like I said I cannot say for certain since I've never read this personally. Maybe it does work, I just cannot elaborate on it one way or the other as I'm not the subject matter expert. I still would say to anyone who tries to do this to practice caution. We need to do that anytime we jump into something new when we suffer from mast cell or histamine issues.

How "insulin" is responsible for Alzheimer's disease

Good video on how "insulin" is responsible for Alzheimer's disease.

Amy Berger - She is the author of “The Alzheimer’s Antidote: Using a Low-Carb, High-Fat Diet to Fight Alzheimer’s Disease, Memory Loss, and Cognitive Decline.”

- In Alzheimer's there is shortage of glucose available in the brain. Because of this shortage of glucose, brain neurons begins to shrink and atrophy.

- Insulin's function of regulating sugar in the blood is just one function of insulin. Insulin has so many other very important functions in the body.

- "Higher" insulin is the main cause of Alzheimer's disease.

- So, disruption in insulin metabolism is the key cause of Alzheimer's

- People who at the highest risk for Alzheimer's are those who are taking insulin medication for diabetes.

- Often, all memory problems are suspected as Alzheimer's. But memory problems can also happen when someone is B12 deficient, has anemia, is omega-3 deficient. When someone has any of these 3 and also higher insulin, then it may create the perfect storm for Alzheimer's. (note: that B12 and anemia could cause memory problems).

For those against vaccination what are your opinions on this study?

  • Linton Jesse Norrish That study is flawed from the start.
It has not reviewed any vaccine schedules of the samples.
The only difference in sample groups was MMR vs no MMR.

In Denmark there are numerous vaccines prior to MMR in the schedule.

Chronological Order of Vaccinations in Denmark
(Approximate as several of these have multiple injections in the schedule)
    Tuberculosis
    Rotavirus
    Diphtheria
    Tetanus
    Pertussis
    Poliomyelitis
    Haemophilus Influenzae type B
    Hepatitis B
    Pneumococcal
    Meningococcal
    Measles Mumps Rubella

Also it is interesting that Denmark was used for this pharma funded and thus controlled study.
It would therefore also be necessary to see what differences there are with vaccinations in Denmark and other countries.

There are no other factors considered such as toxin half life clearance rates like Mercury, which have a huge individual variability.

Our bodies are very multifaceted and variable. Nobody with a vaccination scepticism with an iota of intelligence is going to say that MMR is the exclusive cause of any possible MMR linked vaccination disorders. They know that there are other factors that are compounding. Any one alone is highly unlikely to cause autism or another disorder such as autoimmune diseases. Thus there cannot be a useful study that does not look at multiple factors. It is unscientific to not consider other variables in a study and mitigate for them as much as possible.

This is similar to the SDA study that "proved" red meat is carcinogenic. They did not factor in other differences between the groups, such as both groups were "supposed" to be vegetarian, being SDA, so if someone is going to be "bad" and eat meat, are they also likely to be "bad" and smoke, and drink excessively, not be interested in their health, be hedonistic etc etc?

Furthermore, if a parent has a child that starts to develop Autism symptoms prior to MMR vaccine, they will most likely err on the side of caution for further vaccinations such as MMR, thus excluding them. They may have had other factors making them more susceptible to toxins such as lower clearance rates, mitochondrial disorders etc. There was not even a question on the study along the lines of "Does the child who was vaccinated/not vaccinated already exhibit any autism like symptoms? poor health? etc", so that such a sampling could have the opportunity for statistical exclusion.

This has significant potential to skew the study results.

When I see huge dollars put into poorly constructed studies it is immediately a huge red flag for me.
I see this regularly with studies on Catastrophic Anthropogenic Global Warming (CAGW).
  • Ashlee Antonio Woodshack There's no need to over complicate things with a study. All anybody has to do is look into the ingredients to the vaccine and ask themselves "is this a magic potion that protects me or is it a poison?". Common sense will tell you it's poison it doesn't even need a study. The ingredients are absolutely disgusting
