Vitamin A sources

I'm trying to get more Vitamin A but can't tolerate liver. Does anyone know if there are any other organ meats that are high in Vitamin A?

Kristin Halla-Mootz Ah shoot. I don't do well with it myself, but I know some who thrive on it. Sorry.

Kristin Halla-Mootz Yeah, I know. It's not the taste I have issues with. It's the actual oil itself, I have trouble digesting it (and I've used both pull form and regular liquid).

Nas Mouti Freeze it, and eat it with a meal. It helps a lot with digestion.

Gregory G. Sierveld Liver is very good if you put butter in a hot pan with some onion & garlic then pop in the liver for a slight char on both sides with s & p with a rare center. It 's very good that way.

Tom Frost Have you tried duck eggs rather than chicken? Better nutrient profile and some times doesn't cause reactions in people even when hens eggs do...
