I got asked that, people are curious, I told them since I didn't eat foods which leech vitamins out of my body (ie grains and other plants) my body required less vitamin C than the average person and that level of vitamins can be found in meat

There is vitamin C in liver, hearts, adrenals, oysters and roe for example.
2. You also need less Vitamin C when it is not competing with sugars.
3. Vitamin C is also needed for collagen, but only indirectly. It is needed to convert the amino acid
s proline and lysine into hydroxyproline and hydroxylysine, which are essential to the formation of collagen...and both found in that form in meat. Decreasing the need for vitamin C.
