Coriander mixed with water to cool body heat

1. Mix crushed coriander seeds (10 grams) with water (60 ml) (1:6 ratio). Dosage - 40-50 ml to be taken in morning in empty stomach along with half a spoon of sugar.

2. Leave it overnight

3. In the morning, remove the coriander seeds, mix it with little quantity of sugar

4. Drink it on empty stomach.

– Sharangdhara samhita madhayama khanda – 2nd chapter, 7-8 shloka.

Translation – Dhanyaka hima should be drunk in the morning with a little quantity of sugar to get relief from internal burning sensation, excessive thirst. It also cleanses and detoxes all the body channels."
